Balloons are always a hit at parties and special events! Have you ever wanted to make amazing balloon creations yourself? Come learn from Charlotte’s professional balloon artists! Made Ya Look Balloons will be partnering with Thinking Feet, an organization that focuses on nurturing creative thinking and problem solving aptitude in children, to teach the basics of balloon twisting and decor design. During these camps children ages 7-14 will learn the principles necessary to equip them to create amazing balloon creations that are sure to plus any party and be the talk of any event!
The camps will be in the Ballentine area and will be offered 3 different weeks over the summer:
- June 12-16 Pirates Theme: In this Pirates of the Caribbean meets Peter Pan week we will make unique swashbuckling balloon creations. Pirates, mermaids, parrots, and monkeys will make an appearance, as well as buccaneer decor!
- July 10-14 Medieval Theme: Don your balloon sword, shield, and helmet, or princess crown for a chivalrous week of medieval action! Princesses, knights and their animals will make their appearance, as well as medieval decor! This will be an action packed week including tournaments and a balloon joust.
- August 7-12 Movie Characters: We will make a variety of movie characters during this week including characters from Frozen, Minions, Big Hero 6, and more! Learn how to make movie character hats and how to use movie characters in party decor!
