Balloon Twisting, Face Painting, OR Twisting/Painting combo rates per artist:
$175 for 1 hour OR $140/hour for 1.5 or more hours.
- Each balloon artist can twist 20-25 basic balloon designs (2-4 balloons each) per hour OR 6-10 advanced designs (5+ balloons each) per hour.
- Each face painter can paint about 20 quarter face/cheek art designs per hour.
